She’s finally here

Flora

After over 15 hours of labor our little one finally decided to come out and play. Flora Lanell Chase was born on September 30th at 9:30pm. We were released after a couple days in the hospital getting everyone healthy.

Since then we have been adjusting to life as parents which incidentally means very little sleep for everyone.

Aaaaaaaah! So cute. My granddaughter is the cutest, smartest granddaughter in the whole wide world.

Our little Flora isn't so little anymore. She turned one on september 30. She has grown so much and has just blown Ryan and I both away. She is walking every where and just gets better everyday. She knows some signs that we have taught her and is able to say a few words. I am so fascinated with how quickly she has picked up the signs and how quickly now that she learns new ones. She is such a joy and we are really enjoying being her parents. I know this is crazy talk but we are already trying to plan out when Flora's first sibling will join us. Keep checking back to find out what we decide. What ever the future bring we will all are all so happy to be doing it together.
